Unfortunately, you also have to expect delays on the train.

The journey time from Munich to Rosenheim is very short, which I personally welcome. The on-board staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the on-board bistro was closed. The train was not delayed for the entire duration of the journey. There were enough seats so that no one had to stand. I travelled second class and did not make a reservation.
