There was no rubbish lying around, the floors and seats were clean. Then I spent some time with my phone, the internet was very strong, I was very happy with it, so were the people around me. I went to the toilet and it was very hygienic and clean. There was no lack of disinfectants. I ordered a café for myself. It arrived very quickly and the staff were very friendly. My train also arrived on time. I am very happy to recommend this trip. Besides, this was my return journey and I travelled in second class.

They always had a big smile on their face and you handled your customers' concerns well. The volume was optimal on the train. The seats were very comfortable and well maintained. The train did not arrive in Bremen on time. There was a lot of need to change trains, which made the journey difficult. Unfortunately, the toilets were not clean and well cleaned as they stank. Overall a satisfactory journey.
