I booked the connection from Heilbronn to Munich to make a short city trip to Munich after my customer appointment. The journey was pleasantly quiet and the train made a clean and well-kept impression as soon as I entered the station. Once inside, this was confirmed once again. It smelled pleasant, even the sanitary facilities looked great. The train was also on time. Keep it up. That's what makes it fun

The journey was pleasant and without incident. Unfortunately, there was no wifi connection on the train, which I found a pity. The seats were comfortable and clean, they had a leather armrest and headrest, which was very comfortable. There was a bistro near me, which I liked very much. The hygiene of the toilets was reasonably ok. I did not have to change trains as this was a direct connection. The price-performance ratio was acceptable. The staff were friendly.

I took the ICE from Heilbronn to Munich. It was good that the train was on time. The train itself made a modern and well-kept impression on me. The toilets were very clean and had a pleasant fresh smell. The service staff were also very friendly and helpful. The price was also quite okay. All in all, I found this connection very pleasant and would gladly recommend it with my experience.

I took the train from Heilbronn to Stuttgart and from there to Munich. What I found bad was that the train that was supposed to take me to Stuttgart was late and so I didn't catch the train in Stuttgart, whereupon I had to wait an extra hour. Of course, that doesn't always have to be the case, but it's annoying nonetheless. The train itself was clean. The internet was as good as you'd expect on a train.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience on the Heilbronn-Munich route. The train was very late and even cancelled in the end. After about two hours, I was finally on the next train. It was so dirty and stank incredibly badly. In addition, there were so many people on the train due to the delay and the cancellation that you could hardly breathe.
