The train ride from Heidelberg to Frankfurt with IC 2374 was alright overall, but unfortunately there was a delay which was a bit annoying. Nevertheless, the train was clean and well equipped. There was wifi and power sockets at the seat. In addition, you were provided with coffee and tasty snacks at the on-board bistro. The delay was annoying, but overall I would still recommend the connection for a quick trip between Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

The IC 2374 offered an acceptable option for the route from Heidelberg to Frankfurt. The positive aspects were punctuality and comfortable seats. Likewise, the view during the journey was very nice. What I found lacking was the air conditioning and the somewhat unclear announcements during the journey. The staff, however, were always friendly and courteous. A good selection of food and drinks. On board it was clean and well maintained.

The journey from Heidelberg to Frankfurt was mega relaxed. I travelled with a FlixTrain, the comfort was really great. Everyone was allocated a fixed seat and there were power sockets at every seat. The journey was really quiet and relaxed, I would do it again any time. The hygiene was very good, everything was very clean, you could really feel comfortable. I was really positively surprised by the price-performance ratio, I got my ticket for 5.99 €.

It was a very clean train with no visible defects. The service, as far as I came into contact with the staff, was always great. The train was not delayed for the entire journey.
