The train journey from Heidelberg to Stuttgart was pleasant for the most part. The punctuality and cleanliness of the train were commendable. The route offered some beautiful views of the countryside. However, the seats were not particularly comfortable and offered little legroom. The staff were friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of choice in snacks and drinks on board. Still, a convenient connection between the cities, albeit with little room for improvement.

The IC 2319 started at the scheduled departure time and reached Stuttgart almost within the scheduled time frame. The interior of the train was functional and comfortable. I travelled with the ICE 2319 from Heidelberg to Stuttgart. The journey was in second class and I reserved a seat, which turned out to be the right decision in the end. Because the train was relatively full. I can't say anything negative about the condition of the train, which was clean and in good technical condition. There were no delays unfortunately, the train did not have wifi for the entire journey, which took about 45 minutes.

The staff are very friendly and courteous on every train journey. I feel well looked after. The cleanliness of the toilets and individual seats leaves a lot to be desired, something urgently needs to be done here. The seats are comfortable and the journey is great.

On the other hand, the comfort was good, except that my seat had a tear at the edge, but there was good catering and a pleasant noise level on the train. The service was also good, very friendly staff and plenty of options. However, as is often the case, the toilets were not clean. I personally found the journey very quick and pleasant, except that the train was late. The price was also very good.
