The Deutsche Bahn staff are very courteous and helpful. My connection worked out great. The seats on the ICE are very comfortable and cosy. I travel by ICE very often and unfortunately I always find that the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets are dirty and can hardly be used. The tables at the seats are sticky and not wiped. Another point of complaint is the poor wifi.
