Advantages
IconOn time and without change
IconCleanliness and comfortable seats with good equipment
IconNot highly utilised
IconStaff friendly
Disadvantages
IconToilet defective
I found the journey from Cottbus to Berlin very relaxing. The train was not too crowded and the noise was bearable. The seats were comfortable and clean and there were power sockets and an internet connection. Everything was clean, but the toilet on the train was broken. The staff were friendly and there were no delays. There was no need to change trains, which made the journey very comfortable.
Advantages
IconTrain was very clean
IconPunctuality
IconQuiet atmosphere in the passenger compartment
Disadvantages
IconNo internet connection available
IconStaff was not on board
From Cottbus to Berlin, the regional express had been very full. What I had missed most here was an internet connection. There had been a sign on the door, but I couldn't connect to it. There had been no staff either, which is why there was no ticket control. The train, on the other hand, had been very clean and had a lot of power sockets. Despite the high occupancy rate, it was very quiet on the train and there were no delays, so it was a relaxed journey.
Advantages
Iconclean toilets
IconJourney possible without changing
Disadvantages
Iconno wifi
IconHardly any sockets
Some time ago, I took the regional express from Cottbus to Berlin and was quite satisfied with this journey. The train ran perfectly on time, which is why the fast connection was also perfectly maintained. Disappointingly, there were very few power sockets, which is why I was unfortunately only able to charge my mobile phone on the connecting train, which I reached in a relaxed manner. I also find it a shame that there is no wifi in the regional trains. However, the toilets on this train were very clean. All in all, I can only recommend it.
Advantages
IconSpeed
IconSuper connection
IconPower sockets and waste bins at the seat
Disadvantages
IconPrice
Iconpartly the cleanliness
I went to Berlin today and can only report positively. The train was super empty and I had enough space. Each seat has a power socket and a waste bin, which is great. I didn't use the toilet. The ticket inspector was friendly. I travel this route often. The monitor always updates the arrival time. My table was unfortunately very dirty, but since I didn't need it, that wasn't a problem. I bought the ticket relaxed in the app. Unfortunately, the reception disappears every now and then, but that's not because of DB. Unfortunately, I find the ticket very expensive and you hardly save anything on the car. But the train is always more relaxing.
Advantages
IconPunctual departure and arrival
IconClean train
IconFriendly train attendants
IconEnough space
IconSocket at the site for charging
Disadvantages
IconNone
I drive this route often and am always happy about the fast connection. With a car, you are stuck on the motorway for much longer. Punctual departure and arrival is ideal for planning the rest of the day. The charging socket right at the station is great. The train was very clean. The train attendant was very friendly. I like to travel by train because it is fast and uncomplicated.
