I travelled on the ICE 23 from Cologne to Koblenz and found the journey very pleasant. This was mainly due to the beautiful scenery along the Rhine. In addition, the staff on board were extremely friendly and the service was correspondingly good. The seats were comfortable and the air conditioning ensured pleasant temperatures on the train. There were no delays.
