I had to travel from Cologne to Frankfurt Central Station tonight. The train was on time and, fortunately, very empty at this time of day. The toilets were clean and easily accessible. The wifi on the train worked well for streaming. The journey went by quickly and you could quickly travel from one city to another. At this time of day, you don't need a reservation and you can quickly find a seat due to the empty train.

I had to travel to Frankfurt as I was flying from there. Luckily my train was on time, so I was able to catch my flight without any problems. Travelling by train was very pleasant, it was very clean and the staff on the train were really nice. Thanks to my seat reservation, I had no problems getting a seat. This of course made the journey even more pleasant.

I had hoped for a little more. The train arrived on time, but as soon as I boarded it was clear that it was going to be full. My seat was taken and nobody felt responsible. I had to stand for the first half hour. When I was finally able to sit down, it was at least quiet and clean. There was wifi in theory, but it didn't work in practice. OK for the price, but next time I hope the train will be tidier.

I found the train journey a success overall. The direct connection was particularly convenient for me, as I didn't have to change trains. The train arrived on time and was pleasantly cool. I bought a snack in the bistro, which was surprisingly tasty. One thing that bothered me was the toilet, which really could have been cleaned. I liked the service in the on-board bistro and the comfort in the compartment. Unfortunately, the wifi was somewhat variable and the load was high. I was also not so flexible with the saver fare. All in all, however, I would describe the price-performance ratio as very good.

My train journey from Cologne to Frankfurt was an all-round positive experience. The outstanding features of this journey were the safety and the climate friendliness. The safety move was ensured by the well-trained staff and the modern security measures. I felt well looked after and supported throughout the journey. The climate friendliness of the train is an important factor in today's world. Travelling by train in an environmentally friendly way helped to minimise my ecological footprint, which is something that is very close to my personal heart. One small downer was the train's light load factor. Although it allowed me to enjoy the journey in peace, I would have liked more fellow passengers to liven up the social atmosphere. All in all, the train journey from Cologne to Frankfurt was a great experience that I can recommend to anyone looking for a safe and environmentally friendly way to travel.

I went there a few years ago with a friend of mine to travel by plane. I was very shocked by the staff as the people there were very rude and did not help us find our seats. But it was clean and there were power sockets and the toilets were reasonably well kept.

I booked this train connection with my girlfriend because we just wanted to try it out and see what it was like to travel by train to the city. The booking worked really well and we could easily print out our tickets. Unfortunately, the train arrived 20 minutes late and there was no announcement beforehand as to why the train was late. The boarding and the crowds were kept within limits and were fine. The train itself looked a bit dirty, the walls were covered with chewing gum and the surface of the seats was very slippery because of all the dirt on them. There was unfortunately no way to charge your mobile phone on the train, and a very poor internet connection, as well as no wifi. The staff simply ignored our questions. The toilet was an imposition, my girlfriend for example could not use it. Our conclusion: we were not very happy with this train connection and prefer to drive.

The connection between Cologne and Frankfurt is great. The train ride is incredibly short for the distance. The train was right on time and arrived exactly on time. The quiet compartment I booked was very quiet and clean. The power sockets at the seat even charged my MacBook. The wifi was available throughout and at a good speed. The toilets were unfortunately a bit far away, but very clean. I had a coffee at the end of the journey in the on-board bistro, where I was served in a very friendly manner. Unfortunately, the track was changed 5 minutes before departure, which is stressful so close to departure time.

The comfort and cleanliness on the train were really great, which made the journey really pleasant. But to be honest, the price was a bit steep, that was the only downside. Still, if you are willing to pay a bit more for comfort and amenities, then this train ticket is definitely recommended. I had a pleasant journey, despite the price.

The train from Cologne to Frankfurt was a pleasant journey. The service staff were very courteous and friendly. The train also arrived on time and the comfort that was indicated was given. It was just a pity that the toilet was not clean and the socket connected to my seat was not working. I was also not informed about connecting trains, their tracks or departure times.

Thanks to my BahnCard 25, I was able to save another 25%. If this hadn't been the case, the ticket would have been too expensive for me personally for the short journey. Unfortunately, I had to change trains once, but it worked perfectly. We travelled for just under 1 hour and 20 minutes. It wasn't too crowded and there was electricity and wifi, which unfortunately often didn't work. I would have hoped for something better here.
