I rated the hygiene and cleanliness of the train, the wifi and the comfort positively. However, I found it a little worse that my train was late and the staff didn't really help me. Overall, I can recommend the train journey to anyone with only 4 stars.

Disadvantages
IconA little overcrowded
I use this connection very often because it simply costs me less than if I were travelling by car. It also avoids traffic jams. So I stay on schedule. Booking the ticket always works well, the app is very clear. The train usually arrives on time, the only thing that bothers me a little is the crowds, the train is often overcrowded. The toilet facilities are clean, but very often occupied. There is not always a free seat, but the seats make a very good impression. The train staff are friendly and have often helped me.
