IconEverything went smoothly
The train connection was extremely punctual, which is extremely important for me as a traveller. The price of the train ticket was reasonable. The train was very clean, the seats, floor and common areas were well maintained. The free wifi on the train allowed for a smooth internet connection throughout the journey. The toilets were clean and well equipped. There were enough toilets for the passengers and they were cleaned regularly. The seats were comfortable and ergonomically designed. There was enough space to relax. Overall, the train journey was a very positive experience. The punctuality, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the good wifi, the toilets and the comfortable seating make this train my first choice.

I am very happy with the journey. Unfortunately, my train was delayed. In addition, the staff were always friendly and very helpful. I can definitely say that the journey left me with positive emotions. The sanitary facilities were very clean and hygienic. On top of that, the train was characterised by exceptional comfort. I rate the journey with 4 stars and give it my warmest recommendation

At the beginning everything went according to plan, the train left on time and there were no problems. However, we were stopped halfway through the journey because there were technical problems. At least the staff were still quite nice and always remained polite. At one point the train itself was very quiet, but the passengers were also very quiet and I was able to enjoy the rest of the journey. The price was ok.

The train from Cologne to Aachen arrived on time. The train was accessible, with lifts, ramps and wide doors for people with reduced mobility. The seats on the train were clean, well-padded and comfortable. The toilet facilities were tidy and smelled fresh. There was a small bistro on the train which offered fresh coffee and various snacks. The train staff were always nearby and friendly. I really liked this train connection as it was fast, punctual and cheap.
Advantages
IconFree places
IconFast
Disadvantages
IconUnfortunately unhygienic
The train connection arrived late. This disrupted my daily routine. There were enough free seats on the train, but they looked very unhygienic, the upholstery was almost slippery because of the dirt on it, the floor and the window panes were also very dirty. The toilet facilities were well equipped, but in my opinion not hygienic enough, a little better cleaning would be desirable. The train connection was fast, so it could make up some time. The price-performance ratio was right, so I give this train connection three stars.
