For the journey from Braunschweig to Munich, you had to change trains once. The train was very dirty. There were many crumbs especially on the seats and tables. The toilets all worked, but were also unhygienic. There was an on-board bistro on the train and the staff there were very friendly. The ticket check was also done quickly. The seats were comfortable and full facilities were available. At the destination station, the train arrived on time.

A very relaxed journey, unfortunately I had to change trains once in Hanover, but as all trains were on time, this was not a problem. Otherwise, both trains were very clean, the service was good and the seats were comfortable. There was also wifi and charging facilities on both trains. In terms of journey time, it was even quicker by train than by car, despite having to change trains. As always, the value for money is good if you book early enough.
