My train journey from Berlin Airport to Braunschweig was on the whole a mixed experience. The positives outweighed the negatives, but there were also some criticisms. The comfort throughout the journey was exceptional. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space to the floor to feel at ease during the journey. I was particularly positively surprised by the pleasant volume on the train. This allowed for a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the journey. Check-in via the app went smoothly and was extremely convenient. The wifi on the train worked flawlessly, which was a big plus as I was able to be productive during the journey. It was pleasant to stay online and use the time wisely. The change in Wolfsburg went without incident and the clear signage made it easy to find your way around. In terms of cleanliness, I was satisfied, the train was in acceptable condition and the journey was without inconvenience. However, there was a slight delay of a few minutes, which in itself was not a big problem and remained within reason. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not optimal. The ticket prices seemed a bit high, which slightly marred the overall experience. Despite the positive aspects of the trip, a better balance between price and the comfort offered would have been desirable.

Disadvantages

Iconminor delay
The journey from Berlin to Braunschweig was very relaxing as the seats were comfortable and the air conditioning was just the right temperature. The train was not overcrowded and the noise level on the train was therefore acceptable. However, I did not like the cleanliness, especially the toilets could have been clean. Due to the quick ticket check by the staff and the small delay, I found the journey OK.
