Check-in at the airport was quick and efficient. The security checks in Rome also went quickly, so we were at the gate on time. Boarding was a bit chaotic, as Ryanair doesn't usually have a preferential boarding system and a large number of passengers board the aircraft at once. But the staff were friendly and helpful, even if you realise that the cabin crew are quite experienced and get down to business quickly. The flight itself was pleasant and the flight time passed quickly. The seats are of course not particularly comfortable and offered little space. The view of the Sicilian coast just before landing was beautiful. The tickets were also relatively inexpensive.

At Rome Airport, boarding was pretty orderly. The signs were clear and the staff did a good job of organising the passengers efficiently. There were no long delays or confusion. The flight itself was pleasant and on time. The Airbus we flew was modern and well maintained. The space was sufficient, especially for a short flight of about an hour. Even though there were no meals or big extras, a small drink was offered, which was perfectly adequate in this price range. The cabin crew were friendly and professional, which made the whole flight even more enjoyable. We landed on time in Catania and I got my luggage quickly.

Flight took place as announced, without delay. Tickets were booked and reservations made online without any problems and very quickly. Comfort on board was as expected and unfortunately not particularly good, as it was very cramped due to the full flight. Equipment on board was as expected (no wifi, no entertainment system, no sockets or screens) and the service was also as expected (you could buy food and drink on board). Cleanliness was present - WC not used. The price-performance ratio was ok. The staff on board were nice and friendly.
