My ICE journey from Osnabrück to Hamburg about a year ago went well. The journey itself was very relaxed because I didn't have to change trains and we didn't have to deal with any delays. The journey was also comfortable because it was not so noisy in the ICE. Unfortunately, the ticket inspector was very rude

The train journey was pleasant as it was not noisy or stuffy on the train. The staff provided food and atmosphere. The train arrived on time and also left Osnabrück. There was a power socket where I could charge my mobile phone. That was very practical. There was only one shortcoming on the journey. The toilets were not only dirty and wet, but also unpleasant and stinking. I really couldn't feel comfortable there because it was almost impossible to sit on the toilet seat as it was wet.

Unfortunately, this ICE was also delayed, like most of the others. However, this time it was not too much of a delay, it was about 15 minutes. It was relatively quiet on the train itself and we were able to get a seat even without a reservation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a slightly larger suitcase with me and the conductor kindly helped me to stow it away properly. The seats in the ICE were very comfortable as always and the time flew by. I passed the time watching films, which I streamed via the wifi in the ICE. The wifi is easy to connect to and has a really good speed. The compartment was generally quite clean, but the toilets were almost unusable. The toilet and the washbasin were badly damaged. Everything was badly scratched. You could hardly tell if it was clean or not. With the Super Sparpreis, I can really recommend a trip on the ICE. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.

The ride was nice. Good wifi, a power socket and a bin. It was very comfortable in the seats, it wasn't noisy, but I didn't get any food. The service in general was poor. I didn't get any information in general either. They were also very unfriendly. I didn't have a reservation either. I didn't have to change trains and the train was on time. The toilets were also very clean.

The train had no power sockets or wifi. There was also no toilet paper in the toilet, which was also extremely unhygienic. There was a small puddle on the floor. The seats were unclean. The train was not very punctual when it arrived in Hamburg. The staff were nice and provided food and asked questions.

The ride was very nice. I had good wifi, a power socket and a bin. The seats were very comfortable and soft. The train was not too noisy and I had food from the staff. They were very nice and offered us many things. I had a reservation option, which I used. I got information from the staff. Unfortunately, the toilets were not clean. That made me very sad. I didn't have to change trains and the train was on time. However, the price-performance ratio is not justified. Much too expensive for such a train journey.

Everything went smoothly on my business trip from Osnabrück to Hamburg. The staff were friendly and courteous. The seats are very comfortable and cosy. I have to say that the toilet in this ICE was very clean, which is not always the case. Unfortunately, there are always insufficient power sockets in the individual compartments. The wifi is very poor and keeps breaking down. I think that's a shame, especially when you have to work while travelling.

On my train journey from Osnabrück to Hamburg, the facilities were not so good, as the wifi was very poor and there were far too few power sockets on the train. The comfort was okay, as the volume was pleasant and it was also very cosy to sit in. As so often, the service was very good and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was once again poor, especially the toilets were so dirty that I didn't even want to go up there. The journey time was excellent, except that we were half an hour late. The price was quite good for the journey.

The journey with Deutsche Bahn from Osnabrück Hbf to Hamburg Hbf was perfectly fine from my point of view. The capacity utilisation was pleasantly low and the staff en route were friendly and courteous. On the negative side, one could mention the rather long journey time of almost two hours or the often inadequate internet connection in some sections, as well as the cleanliness. We would gladly return.
