The train ride from Hamburg to Osnabrück was pleasant and comfortable. The train was on time and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space for luggage. The journey went smoothly and the scenery was beautiful. Overall, a recommendable train route. Unfortunately, the train was a bit crowded, but this was not a problem thanks to seat reservations.

The journey from Hamburg to Osnabrück went smoothly. It was easy to reserve a seat. The wifi also worked very well and I was able to watch films. Only the train station was a bit confusing. The toilets and compartments on the train were very clean. The train goes straight through and you don't have to change trains. The price-performance ratio on this part of the journey is absolutely fine.

My parents live in Osnabrück and I live with my wife in beautiful Hamburg. With a car, the journey now always takes 3 hours or even more. That's why we tried the train the other day and are really convinced by the connection. The journey only took 2 hours and the seats were super comfortable. The toilets and compartments were really clean and the price-performance ratio is really top!

I would highly recommend the ride as the only thing that bothered me was that other passengers were not quiet and had no consideration for others. They were very noisy, especially the families. Nevertheless, the toilets and the train as a whole were very clean. The train was also well equipped as there were curtains for the windows and also fold out tables. Super ride!

The journey was OK. I didn't have wifi, but there was a power socket. The seats were very comfortable and smelled very good. The volume was also very quiet, which I liked a lot. The food was also OK. The staff was nice and I had a reservation option. I received information from the nice staff. The toilets were very clean, as was the rest of the train. I did not have to change trains. The train was regrettably not on time and the price-quality ratio is good.

The train ride was very relaxing. I was able to charge my mobile phone and sleep a little. The train arrived back in Osnabrück on time. There were fold-out tables. I think the price was also reasonable and not too expensive. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that there was no catering because there was no staff driving around with a car. Also, the toilets were not the cleanest.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for this ICE. Inside, there were enough free seats in the rest car so that we found seats immediately, even without a seat reservation. The journey was very comfortable and the time passed quickly. Right at the start of the journey, I connected to the wifi in the ICE. This was very easy and went very quickly. The speed of the wifi was really very good. Our compartment was also very clean. It looked like it had just been cleaned. The staff were very friendly. The toilet, however, was already badly damaged. The sink and the toilet were covered with deep scratches. It looked as if the toilet had been in this condition for several years. We had the saver fare, which made the trip very worthwhile for us. The price was absolutely right.

IconChange of track
We had a track change on the way back, which was very stressful for a short time. In Bremen, many football fans got on and then it got crowded. Since there were problems with seat reservations right from the start, we sat in the wrong seats and had to go through the whole train to get to our seats. But there were already people sitting there. Unfortunately, there was no staff member to talk to. But this train was also clean.

I travelled from Hamburg via Bremen to Osnabrück. In Bremen, a lot of football fans got on the train. Since there were already problems with the seat reservation, I sat in the wrong seat. By the time I had squeezed through the crowded train, I could have stood. There was also no service staff to be found. Nevertheless, the train was very tidy and, apart from a few minutes, relatively punctual.

We travelled from Hamburg to Osnabrück on an ICE train. Theoretically, we could have travelled one stop further with our Flex Ticket, but we missed our connecting train due to a delay. I took the ICE from Hamburg to Osnabrück on 06/01/2024 at 20:45. Unfortunately, the train was slightly late (15 minutes), which meant I couldn't catch my connecting train in Osnabrück. I had to arrange to be picked up from Osnabrück station, which was extremely annoying. The journey on the ICE was pleasant and the time passed quite quickly. There were plenty of places to stow your suitcases in the carriage, so there was still plenty of room in your seat. It was also pleasant on this journey that the occupancy rate on the train was not particularly high. Accordingly, there were no disturbing noises on the train during the journey. The staff on the train were very friendly when checking the tickets. I can't comment on the hygiene in the toilets as I didn't use them. However, the carriage was otherwise very clean.

On the return journey on the ICE to Osnabrück, the train staff were very helpful and friendly. It was possible to eat and drink very well in the on-board restaurant. The noise level was very pleasant and I was able to work well on the train. What bothered me, however, was the really poor wifi and the far too few power sockets on the train. Something definitely needs to happen here in the future. On the return journey, the table was very dirty again.

On my train journey from Hamburg to Osnabrück, the facilities were pretty poor, there were few power sockets but there was wifi, which didn't work well either. The comfort was quite good as the noise level was fairly relaxed. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful around the clock. The cleanliness wasn't great though, as the toilets were very dirty. The journey time was excellent, except that we were a few minutes late. The price was pretty good.
