I was in Hamburg the other day and needed to get to Rostock quickly and cheaply and chose a journey on the ICE1074 as it is quite speedy, during my journey I was able to enjoy surfing with the free internet, also a coffee from one of the staff they were very polite. The train was also very clean and the bins were all emptied, we arrived on time and the price was spot on.
Advantages

Iconwithout change
Disadvantages
Iconnot possible with 49-Euro-Ticket
IconToilets broken
Iconsome crowding at the exit
The ICE journey was very pleasant, the toilets were a bit far away as the ones in our own compartment were broken. There was service right to your seat with coffee, also the seats were adjustable at the back. There were a lot of people on the train, but you still had peace and quiet in your own seat.
Advantages
IconDirect connection
IconCan you do something besides
Disadvantages
IconDoes not always arrive on time
I travelled this route with the Deutschland Ticket, so I don't have a ticket for this route. The train is equipped with wifi, but has only a few sockets. Staff are mostly friendly. The trains and toilets are clean. There is a snack machine. As I travel with the Deutschland-Ticket, the price-performance ratio is great.
Advantages

IconClean corridors and toilets
IconFriendly staff

IconPunctuality of the train and no change of trains
Disadvantages
Iconsome seats were dirty and smeared
I found the journey from Hamburg Hbf to Rostock Hbf very relaxing. There weren't many people on the train and it was quite quiet. The staff made a friendly impression on me and greeted me when I boarded. I also found the facilities very good, especially with sufficient power sockets and an internet connection. There was also a snack machine in the centre of the train. The toilets were very clean, as were the aisles in the passenger compartment. Unfortunately, many of the seats were dirty, so I had to search for good seats for a long time. Apart from that, the journey was perfect, especially due to the punctuality of the train and the fact that I didn't have to change trains.
Advantages

Disadvantages

IconInformation during the train journey
The seats were comfortable and the interior was clean. The wifi and power sockets also worked perfectly. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The train departed on time and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the information displays on the train were difficult to read, which caused confusion at the stops. Furthermore, the ticket price was relatively high compared to other means of transport.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
IconEquipment
Disadvantages
IconComfort
The journey was generally very good, because everything important was right. First of all, I have to say that I was surprised that the train was on time and not delayed or even cancelled. Then the train was equipped with working wifi and charging facilities. Only the seat could have been a bit more comfortable, as I know it from other trains. The price-performance ratio is fair. I can recommend it!
