From Berlin to Rostock I was able to use the regional express train, which took less than 3 hours. It was very crowded at the beginning, which made it difficult for me to get a seat. This seat was very uncomfortable for long periods of time and there was also no internet connection. There were plenty of power sockets available. The staff were very friendly and provided further information about connections. The train itself was very clean, but the toilets didn't look very hygienic. As I arrived in Rostock without changing trains and without any delays, I can recommend the journey.

I have actually used the connection from Berlin to Rostock several times. The train has always been very punctual and fortunately not too busy, so I've always got a good seat. The toilet facilities are very well cleaned. The price-performance ratio is slightly higher.

The connection was ideal, direct to the destination without changing trains. Compared to the stressful car journey, it was much more pleasant. The comfort was right, the seats were comfortable and the compartment was quiet. There was an on-board bistro offering simple snacks, which was perfectly okay. The toilet was clean and the staff were friendly. The price is a little more expensive than expected, but the journey was worth it for the savings in nerves.

Unfortunately, the journey was disappointing. The train was overcrowded, although seat reservations were possible, and many people were standing in the aisle. The air conditioning didn't work properly and it was stuffy. Delay of over 30 minutes without proper information. The toilets were in poor condition. At least the staff remained friendly, but overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The connection was perfect, I was able to get directly to my destination without changing trains. The seats were comfortably upholstered and the view through the large windows was beautiful. The service on the train was particularly positive, the staff were friendly and helpful. A small negative point was the onboard bistro, which only had a very limited selection and was quite expensive. Nevertheless, I would book the journey again at any time.

I used this connection for my return journey home. The connection was the earliest one without having to wait long, so I booked this connection. The train was not overcrowded and I got a seat. I travelled at lunchtime on a Sunday and my journey was comfortable. The train and the toilets were clean. The train departed 2 minutes later and arrived 4 minutes later which I think is okay. I was also able to charge my phone on the train. There was also an on-board bistro which I didn't use. The ticket was quite expensive at €66.70.

The train journey was generally relaxed. There were no changes, which was very pleasant with a child and a suitcase. The seats were comfortable and the view along the route was really nice. The train was on time and pleasantly quiet. One small drawback was the lack of an on-board bistro, which would have been helpful, especially on longer journeys. Nevertheless, a stress-free and pleasant alternative to the car, especially in terms of comfort and relaxation.
