My journey from Mainz to Koblenz on the ICE was thoroughly positive, as the journey only took a short 50 minutes. In addition, the train was very comfortable and pleasant, which was due in particular to the comfortable seats and the functioning air conditioning. The cleanliness of the train also deserves praise. The train set off on time and reached Koblenz without delay. I can recommend this connection.

The train started and arrived at each stop at exactly the scheduled time. This made for a smooth journey. The fare was reasonable in relation to the services provided. The train was spotlessly clean. The seats, floor and washroom facilities were well maintained. The availability of wifi was a big plus. The connection and speed were adequate. The toilets were in an acceptable condition and were cleaned regularly. The seats were comfortable and very soft. The ability to recline the seat was very positive. Overall, the train journey was an extremely positive experience. The combination of punctuality, cleanliness, good seat comfort and available wifi made the journey enjoyable.

The train was very spacious and well organised, the seats were well cleaned and had decent upholstery. They also had an adjustable armrest and a comfortable headrest. The toilets were well cleaned, smelled nice and were really clean. The train staff were approachable and very helpful, my questions to the train staff were answered without any problems. I arrived in Koblenz on time and had no problems with this train connection. My recommendation.
