Mainz to Frankfurt train

The train was on time and left on time, the layout on the train was very neat and tidy, the bistro was open and accessible at all times, there were various offers of different products, although the price was a bit excessive in my opinion. The toilet facilities were very clean, you could clearly see that. The staff were able to answer all my questions and were always friendly. The seats were very wide and well equipped, and there were power sockets at regular intervals to charge electronic devices during the journey. I personally liked this train service very much and can recommend it to others.

I took this train to visit my grandmother because I wanted to see if it was cheaper for me than going by car. The ticket reservation worked out great. Unfortunately, the train was late, so my plans got mixed up. On the train itself, I quickly found my seat, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, I found out that it is cheaper to travel by train than by car, and I will use this train connection more often in the future. By the way, the toilet was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the train didn't have a power socket, so I couldn't charge my smartphone.

I took the train from Frankfurt to Mainz. The train arrived 20 minutes later than planned. The condition of the seating groups was okay. However, the sanitary facilities smelled very unpleasant and were not particularly clean. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the train. Otherwise, the journey itself was very quiet and the cost factor was also okay for this connection.

DB must reinvent itself to once again meet the demands in the country. Delays must not be the rule. There are constantly service disruptions and technical defects. Proof that monopolies are detrimental to quality. Take France or Japan as an example! My last DB experience in brief: 1. journey Frankfurt-Mainz, initially with an undetermined delay due to an operational fault.2. after 40 minutes, a replacement train was provided, but it had a traction unit fault. 3. the connecting train from Frankfurt was completely overcrowded, the passengers were crowded in the aisle. Return journey Mainz-Frankfurt 40 minutes late, I have to say that the whole floor in the train was sticky and made disgusting noises. The toilet was inaccessible.

I took the train from Frankfurt to Mainz. Unfortunately, everything didn't start so nicely as the train was late. The train made a very worn impression, the toilets were very dirty, the seats very worn and unfortunately the wifi didn't work either. The Deutsche Bahn staff, however, are very nice and helpful. The train is a lot faster than the car, so it's definitely recommendable.
