IconNo change necessary

Iconone of the two toilets defective
IconTrain was 15 minutes late
IconStaff was overwhelmed
I didn't have to change trains on the journey from Hanover to Osnabrück. The journey went very quickly as a result. This train had been very dirty in the passenger compartment and in the toilets. One of the two toilets had even been defective and so there was a traffic jam at the toilets. The train had also been delayed by 15 minutes. The staff had already been overwhelmed with the situation and had failed to check tickets because passengers kept complaining. However, the equipment and the seats were fine. I found the noise level just as good, except of course at the toilets.
Advantages
IconFriendly service staff even in stressful situations
IconGood traction comfort
Disadvantages
IconLong delay
IconExpensive
The train journey from Hanover to Osnabrück was unfortunately marked by a very long delay, which is why I only arrived in Osnabrück shortly after 1am. There must have been some kind of track difficulties. On the positive side, the train staff dealt with the situation in a very professional and friendly manner. Otherwise, the train was very modern and well equipped. I would probably travel the same route again, as the delay was rather exceptional.
Advantages
IconPleasant ride
IconGood for work
Disadvantages
IconSlight delay
I had to travel from Hanover to Osnabrück for work. The rest compartment was wonderful for working. The power connection for the laptop was also very practical. I also had a seat with a large large table. In the on-board bistro, you could fortify yourself with coffee and small snacks. The staff on the train were very friendly and helpful. The luggage was easily stowed on the train. A very pleasant journey.
Advantages
IconCleanliness
IconSnack machine
IconLow utilisation
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
Iconincomprehensible announcements
Iconno wifi
On the journey in the Intercity to Osnabrück, there was plenty of space and seating as the train was hardly full. Accordingly, it was also quite quiet on the train, so you could relax. There was also a snack machine in the middle section of the train. Otherwise, everything was available except for a wifi connection. However, the announcements on the train were not always understandable. Nevertheless, everything else, such as the cleanliness, was perfectly fine.
