This was my return journey in second class and it was great. My train arrived on time at the main station and I also arrived on time. The wifi was very good and I was able to charge my phone as I had sockets at my seat. My seat was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for luggage. The staff were very friendly. My journey took about three hours. I can recommend this great ride.

Last year I took a trip from Hamburg to Leipzig on 15 March. Most of all, I liked the service. All the staff were very friendly and always clarified my concerns with a big smile on their faces. Also, the train did not arrive in Leipzig on time. The price was really, really great.
