This was my return journey in second class and it was great. My train arrived on time at the main station and I also arrived on time. The wifi was very good and I was able to charge my phone as I had sockets at my seat. My seat was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for luggage. The staff were very friendly. My journey took about three hours. I can recommend this great ride.

The internet was very good, although many people used it, so I could do my things on the computer. It wasn't too hot or too cold on the train, so the temperature was very pleasant, the train didn't go too fast, and it wasn't too slow either. The staff did a good job. This ride deserves five stars out of five. I definitely recommend it to others. Also, this was my return trip.

This was my journey back and I enjoyed it very much. My train arrived on time and when I boarded, I was greeted nicely by the staff. Then I sat down and immediately noticed how comfortable the seats were. I also had several power sockets so I could charge my mobile phone and my laptop. Then I ordered something to eat, which arrived very quickly and fresh. The view from the train was very nice. The wifi was good all the time. The toilets were very clean, not only the toilets but the whole train was very clean. The staff were very friendly. This trip deserves 5 out of 5 stars because it was great. It is also highly recommended.

Last year I took a trip from Hamburg to Leipzig on 15 March. Most of all, I liked the service. All the staff were very friendly and always clarified my concerns with a big smile on their faces. The facilities were quite ok. At first I had no reception and then the connection was pretty good. The seats were very comfortable. WCs were not very clean. Also, the train did not arrive in Leipzig on time. The price was really, really great.

Hygiene was also taken care of. It was very quiet on the train, so the atmosphere was great. I am happy to pass on the trip as I liked everything.
