My train ticket from Hamburg to Erfurt was a real bargain! Cheap and the journey time was totally fine. The service was top, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They also kept us well informed. But and this is the "but", the cleanliness on the train left a little to be desired. That was a shame, but didn't completely ruin my overall positive impression. If you are looking for an inexpensive travel option with good service and an acceptable travel time, this ticket is definitely worth considering.

The train is to be recommended. You travelled across Germany within 4 hours. The wifi worked, but was not strong. As the train was relatively full, it was also noisy. The service was excellent, we didn't even have to change trains and there were no delays.
