On the journey from Hamburg to Cuxhaven, I had to change trains once in Hamburg-Harburg. As both trains were on time, the change worked smoothly. Both trains were clean and had the full equipment, such as wifi and enough sockets at every seat. On the first train the toilets were clean, but on the second train one toilet in the front part of the train was broken and the one in the back was very dirty. The seats were comfortable in both trains and the service, such as staff and catering facilities, were available and in order.
