Disadvantages
IconConnection missed due to delay
IconNo staff on the first train
On the return journey from Cuxhaven to Hamburg, I also had to change trains once in Hamburg-Harburg. However, the problem was that the first train was late and the second train was not available. Unfortunately, there was no staff on the first train either, so I could not announce my connecting train. So I had to wait an hour in Harburg and take the next train. In both trains, the equipment and wifi were fully usable and the seats were comfortable. The toilets were OK, but could have been a bit cleaner. As I said, there was no staff on the first train, but on the second train the staff were friendly.

Disadvantages
IconNo internet connection
Iconsmall delay of 5 minutes
The train from Cuxhaven to Hamburg had a normal load factor and had a perfect, quiet atmosphere. The seats were very clean and comfortable and had plenty of power sockets. Unfortunately, I realised that there was no internet connection. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and competent when checking tickets. The toilets and the passenger compartment were very clean and hygienic. There was also a snack vending machine. At my destination, the train was delayed by about 5 minutes, which was acceptable for me. I particularly liked the fact that I didn't have to change trains.
