The journey from Düsseldorf to Dresden by train was okay, but not the best, as the train was 45 minutes late on departure. In addition, the train was very old and the seats were quite close together and as the train was very crowded, it was not a pleasant journey. Also, the ventilation on the train didn't seem to work properly and it was stuffy, the air just wasn't fresh. The price of the ticket was affordable, but the journey was not enjoyable.

It was a good journey by train from Düsseldorf to Dresden. The train was only a few minutes late on departure and we arrived in Dresden on time. The ticket was very cheap and for a small surcharge you can book an extra seat, which I like to take advantage of as the seats are a bit cramped. The train is visibly older, but in good condition and clean. The air was also pleasant and the internet worked. Nice staff and I think it's highly recommended.
