Florence FLR to Barcelona BCN flight with Vueling Airlines

My flight from Florence to Barcelona was very pleasant overall and I would like to emphasise a few positive aspects. The price of the ticket was very fair and offered excellent value for money. The view during the flight was breathtaking and made the journey even more enjoyable. The staff on board were friendly and extremely helpful. I felt that I was in good hands, as my concerns and requests were dealt with quickly by the staff. The hygiene was also exemplary. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and ensured a pleasant temperature throughout the flight. However, there were also some negative points, such as the punctuality of the flight. This was not satisfactory, as there was a considerable delay. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable and offered little legroom. In addition, the noise level in the aircraft was quite high, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the journey was excellent due to the price and the excellent service.

My flight AF1548 from Florence to Barcelona departed on time. Booking and seat reservation were easy. Seats were comfortable but no wifi or power sockets available. Catering limited. Friendly staff but cleanliness poor as the floor stuck under my feet. No transfers, fair price. Turbulent weather caused delays on take off.

The journey from Florence to Barcelona with Alitalia was pleasant, despite the slightly higher ticket price. The flight took off on time. My seat offered sufficient comfort, but there was no catering. However, this was not indicated online. I was very hungry. Wifi was available, but was very slow. Service and cleanliness were good. The direct flight landed on time. Overall the value for money was reasonable.

This flight was not so good, there were many problems in the flight, for example the comfort of the floor and those numbers somewhat stuck toilets was not very clean. The punctuality of the flight was also not so good, but the value for money was very good and the staff was also very nice to me, but the biggest problem was the wifi, because I wanted to work. I bought the wifi and it didn't work and I didn't get my money back. That's why I would give the flight two out of five stars.

Unfortunately, the airport in Florence was not particularly clean. However, there was no leftover food, rubbish or other debris on the plane itself. I was impressed by the politeness of the staff, which is not something that can be taken for granted. I had to go to the toilet 20 minutes before the end of the flight. They weren't very big, but it was enough. Very hygienic.

I have to praise the airport in Florence. It is very well organised and extremely clean. I was on the plane within an hour and waiting for take-off. After about seven minutes, the plane was already travelling towards the tarmac. After half an hour I had to go to the loo, which unfortunately didn't look good. Well, the toilets on the plane are always small, but in this case they were really dirty.

Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets and seats were clean and hygienic. However, the reservation was complicated and a little incomprehensible for me. I enjoyed the journey.

I have very positive memories of this flight. Boarding was very quick and clear. The pilot made a very nice impression during his welcome announcements. The flight attendants were very concerned about my well-being. On board I bought a 100ml bottle of perfume at a real bargain price. The flight ticket was also a bargain. All in all, a flight connection worth recommending.

However, the hygiene conditions were poor, as the toilets and seats were not well maintained. Also, the volume on board was not appropriate and regulated, so I couldn't relax at all. Disappointingly, I didn't arrive in Barcelona on time. So, as I said, the journey was okay, but aspects such as hygiene conditions, noise levels and punctuality are important aspects of a flight for me.
