The flight from Prague to Frankfurt was on time and went without a hitch. Boarding was well organised and the staff at the gate were friendly and helpful. The crew was very professional and attentive and small snacks and drinks were also offered during the flight. The onward flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul was also very pleasant. The aircraft was larger, which provided more legroom. The crew was again very friendly and the service was good. A meal and drinks were served during the flight, which was perfectly fine for a flight of this duration.

The crew was friendly and offered small snacks and drinks. Everything was sufficient for such a short flight - there were no great extras, but also no significant shortcomings. The flight was the highlight of the trip. The flight lasted around three hours and the seating comfort was okay for an economy flight, although not exceptional. As usual, the seats were a little cramped. The food on board was okay - nothing special, but perfectly fine by aeroplane standards. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly, which made the flight very pleasant. Both flights landed on time and the luggage was delivered quickly.

I was through baggage check-in in a few minutes and was then able to prepare for boarding. Boarding was on time and without any delays. Once on board, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the cabin and the friendly welcome I received from the cabin crew. The flight was relatively full, but the crew still seemed relaxed and professional. The seating comfort was perfectly fine for the duration of the flight. As expected, there was a small snack and drinks during the flight - no big surprises, but everything was fresh and of good quality. The landing in Istanbul was smooth and on time, and I was also impressed by Istanbul Airport.

My journey from Prague to Istanbul was wonderful. The price was quite cheap and inexpensive, which made tickets attractive. The staff were also very friendly and I arrived in Istanbul on time. However, the air conditioning was not optimal as the temperatures were not well regulated. Overall, I am very happy with the ticket!
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconLong unnecessary waiting times
IconLack of safety culture
I flew with Pegasus Airlines PC302 from Prague to Istanbul. At Prague airport, the security check only takes place at the departure gate. Behind it there is only a medium-sized gate area with toilets. Once you have passed through security, you can no longer leave this area. The staff started boarding early, before the (delayed) aircraft had even arrived in Prague. This meant that the gate area quickly became overcrowded. There were not enough seats, people were sitting on the floor or standing close together. After all passengers had passed through security, we were informed that boarding would be delayed. All in all, it was an unprepared and unnecessarily stressful situation on the ground before the flight had even taken off. The aircraft used, a Boeing 737-800, was equipped with the Boeing Sky Interior, which made for a pleasant atmosphere on board. Unfortunately, the crew did not seem to attach too much importance to safety: The safety demo was only conducted by two flight attendants and compliance was only loosely checked. Furthermore, it was an uneventful flight with snacks and drinks for sale. Inflight entertainment on the passenger's own device was available for a fee.
