The flight from Rome to Istanbul was satisfactory. I arrived in Istanbul on time, as the take-off and landing went according to plan. So the timetable was definitely adhered to. The entertainment was excellent, as there were numerous exciting and current films, series, games and music on the display in the front seat. The air conditioning during my flight ensured my well-being. This is because the effective air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature in the cabin and sufficient air circulation and air quality. The hygiene conditions were excellent, as the WCs, composting toilets and seats were well maintained and hygienic. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy, as there was plenty of legroom. The seats were also not cramped. However, the price was a little expensive in my opinion. The staff were unfriendly, not professional and ignorant towards their guests. I told them my concerns and requests but they never took them seriously and tried to deal with them. This was very disappointing and demotivating. Unfortunately, the reservation options were complicated and confusing. This made it difficult to book. The volume was not appropriate. But overall the trip was satisfactory, but the price and service are important aspects that I missed.
