Advantages
IconToilets

Disadvantages
IconWIFI
The wifi was not good, it was expensive and didn't work and I couldn't return it. The toilets were hygienic and so was the price. Boarding was very relaxed and the staff were great. I would therefore give the flight four out of five stars.
Advantages
IconClean
Disadvantages
IconLuggage
I queued for almost 2 hours and 15 minutes at the baggage drop-off and the lady at the counter was unfriendly. The airport and the aircraft were very clean. The staff were very professional and treated every guest with respect and courtesy. At the airport in Istanbul it was well organised and I received my luggage quite quickly. Numerous information desks with different languages helped me a lot with orientation.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconFood
The hygiene on this flight was very good. Not only on the seats, but also in the toilets. The food was not that tasty, which is why I gave the flight four out of five stars. But the value for money was very good. I also found boarding quite okay, it went very quickly. And I was able to book the flight easily online.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconBoarding
I found that the boarding time was actually the worst part of the whole flight. Because it was relatively stressful and there were a lot of people there. I don't like it when there are a lot of people in a small space. But that was the case at that moment. When I got on the plane, the hygiene was very clean. That's why I gave the aircraft five stars. I didn't like the food. Wifi was included. I was able to book the flight easily online.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconPersonnel
I found the boarding time was relatively quick. When I boarded the aircraft, the seats were relatively clean. I went to the loo twice, both times the loo was very clean. There was enough toilet paper and soap for everyone, I think. The only thing I have to complain about is the staff. They were very rude to me. They didn't give me a drink, even though drinks were included. Wifi was included, which was very good. The online booking was very easy. But I give it three out of five stars because of the staff.
Advantages
IconPlace
Disadvantages
IconFood
The flight was very pleasant overall. Boarding was on time and went smoothly, the staff were friendly and attentive. The seats were comfortable enough and there was enough space for an economy flight. The aircraft was relatively quiet and I was able to get some sleep. One small negative point was the food, which could have been a bit fresher. Nevertheless, I would take this flight again.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconFood
Boarding was very stressful on this flight. It was not quick at all. When we boarded the aircraft, I was greeted with food. The food was not good. For aeroplane food it was very poor. When I went to the toilet, the hygiene was very good. Staff was nice and online booking was easy. I would give it four out of five stars simply because the boarding was annoying and the food was not good either.
Advantages
IconPrice performance
IconFood
Disadvantages
IconGluing seats
Boarding was relatively relaxed. But there was a bit of stress with a few other people who weren't with me. The booking was made via an online portal and went relatively smoothly. I have to say one thing straight away: when I got on the plane and wanted to sit down, the seats were sticky. But the food and value for money was relatively good, as was the staff. Hygiene was also quite nice. By that I mean that it was relatively clean. That's why I would give the whole meeting five stars.
