Transavia France is a French low-cost airline established in 2006 and is part of the Air France-KLM group. It operates scheduled and charter flights primarily to leisure and metropolitan destinations across Europe and North Africa. The airline shares its corporate design, website, and operating model with its Dutch counterpart, Transavia. With its main base at Paris-Orly Airport, Transavia France has expanded to include bases in Marseille, Lyon, Nantes, Montpellier, and Bordeaux. It operates with a single-class cabin and a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, with plans to transition to the Airbus A320neo family.

Iberia Express is a Spanish low-cost airline, a subsidiary of Iberia and part of the International Airlines Group (IAG). Established in 2011 and commencing operations in March 2012, it focuses on short and medium-haul routes from its hub at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. The airline primarily serves high-frequency domestic routes and leisure destinations within Europe, also providing feeder flights to Iberia's long-haul network. Iberia Express has been recognized for its punctuality, being named the most on-time airline in Europe for 2023.

PGA-Portugalia Airlines, also known as PGA, was a regional airline based in Lisbon, Portugal, established in 1988. It began operations in 1990 with an inaugural flight from Lisbon to Porto, initially focusing on domestic routes and limited international charters. PGA expanded its network to include scheduled international flights across Europe and North Africa, serving countries like France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, and Spain. Renowned for its high levels of service, PGA received numerous awards, including "Best European Regional Airline." In 2006, TAP Air Portugal Group acquired a majority stake in PGA, making it a regional subsidiary. In 2016, the PGA Portugalia name was retired, and the airline was rebranded as TAP Express, with its fleet replaced by Embraer E190s and ATR 72-600s. As of 2022, PGA Portugalia Airlines was fully integrated into TAP Portugal.
