The journey from Madrid to Porto was great! The flight ticket was extremely cheap and offered excellent value for money. The boarding staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always approachable and available to help passengers. The flight was also very punctual. Both departure and arrival were on schedule, which made it easier to plan the journey. Another positive feature was the entertainment options on board, which were very extensive and up-to-date. There was a large selection of films, series and music, which made the flight entertaining. I was also able to enjoy the view from the window, especially during take-off and landing or in clear weather. The aircraft was well air-conditioned, which made for a pleasant travelling experience. On the other hand, the reservation options were limited and inconvenient. It was difficult to book specific seats in advance, which made planning difficult. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the aircraft was inadequate. The toilets and seats were not well maintained and clean. The seats were uncomfortable, cramped and offered little legroom. This made my flight uncomfortable. There was the option to connect to the wifi, but as it was very expensive, I did not connect my mobile phone to the wifi. The volume was not adequate as the noise from all the passengers and aircraft equipment was disturbing. But overall it was a fantastic trip mainly because of the excellent price and the professional service.

This flight was very comfortable. I was able to lean back and sleep the whole flight. When I wanted to connect to the wifi and bought it, it worked. It ran very smoothly. The problem with the flight was the toilets. They were unhygienic and had no toilet paper. The price performance and punctuality of the flight were okay. I would therefore give the flight four out of five stars.

The journey from Madrid to Porto was excellent! The first thing to mention is the price, which in my opinion was quite reasonable and definitely worth it. Also, the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and respectful of their guests. They always clarified my concerns and problems and therefore I felt very well looked after. This also made the trip more relaxed! The hygiene conditions were well maintained, as the composting toilets, WCs and seats were clean and hygienic. The volume was optimal. However, I found the reservation process confusing and complicated. Also, disappointingly, I didn't arrive in Porto on time. Later, this also made my planning more difficult, as I had a business meeting directly after the flight. It turned out that the timetable was not really adhered to. The seats were also not comfortable and cosy. As a result, I couldn't feel at ease in my seat. But overall it was a great trip because of the price and the staff! Definitely recommendable!

I found it very good that boarding was handled very quickly and without any problems. I had plenty of legroom on the plane and my seat was very comfortable. However, the toilets in the aircraft were not as clean as I was used to on other flights. However, this may also be the case due to other passengers. The staff looked after me very well and the flight was relaxing for me.
