The bus departs the city centre regularly between 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. Those traveling to airport after this time will need to get a taxi from the town centre, with an average journey time of just 15 minutes.

Flying into London

London boasts some of the world’s top attractions including the London Eye, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace and London Zoo. It’s also a global hub for entertainment and the arts boasting a wide choice of West End musicals and art galleries in the form of the Tate, Tate Modern, Southbank Centre and the National Gallery. Flights from Charlotte arrive in London Heathrow which is located 22 km to the west of London’s centre. Heathrow lies at the end of the Piccadilly Line on London’s extensive underground train network and passengers can get a tube train from the airport to central London in approximately 45 minutes. Tubes run until 12:00 a.m. After this time passengers can get the night bus N9 service to Central London which takes approximately 1.5 hours.
