Socibus is the only company which operates coaches on the Madrid to Seville route. They run a range of air conditioned direct services from Madrid's airport or the Estación Sur, which is convenient for those in the city center.

Anyone who needs to transfer to Santa Justa station can do so by taking the C1 bus to Prado San Sebastian, then the C3 to the railway station, or arranging a taxi at the bus station. It's also possible to take the Linea EA Airport Special bus from Plaza de Armas to Seville's airport.
