There aren't any bus routes between Paris and Luxembourg but the journey can be made by flying or taking the train. Traveling by train is both the quickest and most frequent option.

Departures start at just after 7:30 a.m. and continue until around 7:30 p.m. Trains leave from Gare de Paris-Est in the 10th arrondissement and linked to the city center by Metro lines 4 and 7 as well as local buses. Arrivals are at Luxembourg Station two kilometers south of Luxembourg-City center to which it is linked by local buses. Paris has an extensive and efficient transport network of local trains, Metro, and buses, including frequent Noctis night bus routes. Luxembourg-City has an extensive network of buses while buses to surrounding villages operate at least once an hour. Very few buses run on Sundays in Luxembourg when most shops and attractions are closed. Taxi ranks are located at both stations.
Luxair and Air France codeshare 3 direct flights from Paris to Luxembourg per day with a flight time of just under one hour and an overall journey time of approximately 3.5 hours. Departures from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport are at just before 9:30 a.m., around 1:00 p.m., and at just after 6:00 p.m. Arrivals are at Luxembourg-Findel Airport, located 6 km outside Luxembourg-City and linked by regular buses and trains. Charles de Gaulle Airport is 25 km north-east of Paris with frequent local and Express train services into Paris. EasyBus and Air France operate regular shuttle bus services into the city. Both airports have car rental and taxi services.
