The train journey from Berlin to Karlsruhe was surprisingly smooth and went very well despite the breakdown of one carriage. The train left Berlin on time and also arrived at its destination in Karlsruhe almost on schedule. The service was, as always, very excellent and the staff was, at least to me, very friendly and helpful. Although one carriage broke down, this had no noticeable effect on the journey to Karlsruhe. The train attendants were well organised and made sure that all passengers found their seats. The train was not that full in itself. There was enough space for everyone and the journey went without a hitch. I had a ticket for first class. The interior was therefore very comfortable and modern on the train. I had enough space in my seat and the wifi on board was also always reliable. I was therefore able to use the journey time productively for my business activities. Overall, the train journey from Berlin to Karlsruhe at this time was very pleasant despite the lack of carriages and I would use this connection again and again.

The train connection from Berlin to Karlsruhe was usually on time. Most of my journeys on this route were without major delays. Occasionally, however, there were minor deviations from the timetable. The cleanliness of the train was excellent. The trains were always well cleaned and in good condition. The train service offered power sockets at most seats. Which was very practical. The train service was largely barrier-free. There were special areas for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. The toilets on the trains were clean but could be better maintained. Overall, my experience of the train service from Berlin to Karlsruhe was mostly positive.
Advantages
IconVery fast at a fair price
Disadvantages
IconNone
The train connection was very punctual. The train left Berlin exactly at the scheduled departure time and also arrived in Karlsruhe at the expected arrival time. The cleanliness of the train was generally very good. The seats and floors were clean and well maintained. However, there were some rubbish corners in the aisles. The train had power sockets at most seats, which was very convenient. Accessibility on the train was excellent. There were designated spaces and facilities for wheelchair users. The toilets on the train were clean and tidy. However, they were often overcrowded during peak times. The train service from Berlin to Karlsruhe offers a generally clean and punctual travelling experience with good accessible facilities.

IconGood coffee
My train arrived on time and I got on board. The interior was spacious and visually modern. The seats were comfortable and clean. The toilets were also clean and hygienic. The wifi was good. The train staff did a good job. I ordered a coffee, which arrived after a short time and was very tasty. I am happy to recommend this journey.
