I visited my parents and it's quicker by train than by car. It's practical and you can just relax. Price and performance are good. No need to change trains and it's a direct connection. Everything went smoothly. Comfort was more than good.

I was travelling from Munich to Hamburg and Würzburg was also on the route. The train left Würzburg on time at 06:28 and arrived in Hamburg at 09:53. The train and the toilets were clean. I did not use the service. I was able to charge my mobile phone and the internet was okay. The price was very fair and the journey was excellent.

The only point of criticism is boarding the train with a lot of luggage, which was difficult as the doors remained open for a short time. Despite the lack of a seat reservation, a free seat was quickly found, so that the rest of the journey was stress-free. The second class offered sufficient comfort and thanks to the reliable journey times, the return journey was all in all comfortable and uncomplicated. All in all, it was a great journey in which I was able to travel in comfort even without a seat reservation. Everything ran on time.

Thanks to the good signposting, I quickly found my platform and boarded my train, which was already there. The train departed on time and quickly reached its speed. My seat was very comfortable and spacious, it had room for luggage and a USB port to charge my smartphone. A small bistro on the train offered packed snacks and fresh coffee. The toilets on the train were a little unhygienic, but well equipped. My destination was reached quickly and on time, and I am happy to recommend this train connection to others.
