This year in June I took a trip with Deutsche Bahn from Ulm to Venice. The staff were very friendly and you always addressed your customers politely. There was no need to change trains, which made the journey easier. The volume on the train was optimal. The train arrived in Venice on time. Unfortunately, the wifi connection was not very good, as my mobile phone could not connect to the wifi at all. However, the price was not convincing either. I had the feeling that I paid a lot for the ticket. Overall, a satisfactory trip.

I recently took a trip from Ulm to Venice. The volume on the train was optimal. There was no need to change trains, which made the journey much easier. The staff were very friendly. They had big smiles on their faces. Unfortunately, hygiene was not taken care of as the toilets were not clean. Also, the seats were not maintained. The wifi on the train was very weak. My mobile phone could not connect to the wifi. Personally, I found the cost of the journey very high. Overall, it was a satisfactory journey.
