I travelled from Stuttgart to Basel and had to change trains once in Karlsruhe. As the train arrived in Karlsruhe on time, I still had enough time to change trains, so that the change was uncomplicated. There was nothing to criticise about the two trains, they were clean and hygienic. The seats were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and available to answer questions. Unfortunately, the first train did not have wifi.

The journey from Stuttgart to Basel went without any major complications. I had to change trains once in Pforzheim. The train arrived on time and I reached my destination without any delays. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as clean on board, which had a negative effect on my well-being. Service and comfort, on the other hand, were not objectionable.

The journey from Stuttgart to Basel was fine so far. I had to change trains in Pforzheim, but this went absolutely smoothly. All trains arrived at the destination station without any delays. The price of the journey was also very reasonable. All in all, a positive travel experience.

The train arrived on time. It reached all planned intermediate stops and the terminus station exactly according to schedule. The fare was reasonable in relation to the services offered. However, it would be desirable if there were special fares or discounts for regular commuters or groups. The overall cleanliness of the train was very good. The interiors were well-maintained and the train crew ensured regular cleaning during the journey. The wifi provided worked reliably for the most part. The connection was stable, but the speed could be improved. The toilets on the train were clean and well maintained. There were sufficient sanitary products and they were pleasant to use. Overall, the train journey was a positive experience that I can definitely recommend.
