Booking the journey was relaxed and uncomplicated. The price was reasonable and worthwhile. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets and seats were clean and well maintained. In addition, the timetable was well thought out, we left on time at 13:15 and arrived on time at around 17:15. This made planning easier, as I arrived in Como on time. However, the wifi connection was not particularly efficient as it proved to be unstable and kept wifiing out. During the journey, I had to change trains several times, which made the journey much more difficult as I had to constantly go back and forth with my luggage. The noise level on the train was not ideal. But overall it was a great journey!
