My journey from Regensburg, to Nuremberg by regional train went as planned. The train was on time, I found a seat without a seat reservation and even had a power socket, but no wifi. The staff were also courteous and helped with any questions. The toilets were clean and the train was in a hygienic clean condition. Especially with the Bayernticket, the journey from Regensburg to Nuremberg is highly recommended, as you can get from one city to the other in under 2 hours even on the regional train. Although it was relatively warm that day, the train compartment was well cooled down, so the journey was very pleasant.

The journey had many good points, but also a few bad ones. The train was on time and arrived quickly. It was quiet and I was able to concentrate on my work. There was good reception and charging facilities. But unfortunately the train wasn't very well cleaned, so I had to wait until I could go to the loo at the station because I didn't want to use the train toilet. I only had an hour's journey, so it wasn't too bad.
