The train journey was the worst I've had so far because it was 2 hours late and the internet didn't work at all on the whole journey or the train stopped several times and the automatic control in the app didn't work.

My girlfriend and I took the ICE to Hamburg for our holiday. We booked the train about six months in advance, which meant we were able to get very good prices for our tickets. Everything went smoothly on the train journey and it was very relaxed. We would do it again!

Last year in August, my friend and I travelled from Nuremberg to Hamburg and back on the ICE. Everything went well on the journey and it's a very fast connection. The comfort is very good. We would do the same on our next holiday in Hamburg. There were also no delays on this journey and we were positive about Deutsche Bahn. We then had a great holiday.

Unfortunately, the journey was terrible. After departure, a technical problem caused a delay of about 30 minutes and then another 3 hours due to a personal injury. This included a last-minute change to an overcrowded train. However, the wifi worked well.

I travelled privately from Hamburg to Nuremberg. The train arrived very punctually and the staff on the train were very nice. The train was relatively new and therefore very clean and the seats weren't too dirty. The toilet facilities were also very clean. The prices in the on-board bistro and the ticket price itself are very expensive.
