The train journey from Hanover to Magdeburg on the IC was a largely positive experience. As usual, the interior of the IC did not disappoint. There were comfortable seats with plenty of legroom and also enough storage space for my luggage. The train wasn't overcrowded this time and the travelling atmosphere was relaxed and didn't feel like you were stuck in a crowd. The staff were also friendly as usual and not stressed or in a hurry. In addition, the IC had sufficient equipment at the seats, such as individual air conditioning, power sockets, headrests and, as far as I could tell, all the toilets were in working order and could be used. There were no delays on this train journey and we arrived on time at our destination, Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof.
