Disadvantages
IconOnly one socket per row of seats
IconToilet in front carriage defective
The train from Hamburg to Heide had a normal load factor and the noise level on the train was acceptable. The train was very clean and the seats were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was only one power socket per row of seats. There was also a snack machine on the train, which was centrally located in the middle of the train. The staff made a friendly impression on me and informed me that the toilet in this carriage was defective and that I should go to the toilet at the end of the train. As the train ran and arrived on schedule and I didn't have to change trains, I found this journey very relaxing!
Advantages

IconSufficient capacity
Disadvantages
IconDelay
IconNo restaurant
The train (IC) appeared very clean and well maintained. The wifi and power sockets worked perfectly. There were enough free seats. It would also have been possible to reserve a seat. The staff were very friendly and communicative. The seats were very comfortable and offered sufficient seating space. As always, the connection was transfer-free. Unfortunately, there was a delay of around 20 minutes. Disappointingly, there has been no restaurant on IC trains since December 2023. This is quite a shame.
Advantages
IconClean WC
IconWifi and sockets
IconFriendly staff
Disadvantages
IconAnnouncements difficult to understand
IconIncreased prices in the on-board restaurant
The wifi and sockets worked perfectly throughout the train journey. As the train was not particularly full, there were still enough seats available. The seats were comfortable. The noise level on the train was moderate. The toilets were also clean, as was the rest of the train. The journey was characterised by punctual departure and arrival. Unfortunately, the information about the stops was sometimes difficult to understand. In addition, the prices in the on-board restaurant seemed somewhat inflated.
