I would like to start with the excellent punctuality of the train. Unfortunately, the train was not particularly hygienic and not really well cleaned. However, I would still rate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff as positive. It was also nice to see that sufficient comfort was taken care of. I was able to buy my ticket online without any problems. Overall, I give it 4 stars.
