After purchasing a day ticket, I had made the journey back from Amsterdam to Zandvoort. The facilities were perfectly adequate. Especially the seats were very comfortable and very clean, as were the toilet facilities. The journey time was less than half an hour. The prices are comparatively high, but it is worth it.
