The flight from Tehran to Istanbul was satisfactory for me. In my opinion, the price was favourable and offered excellent value for money for the passengers. I also landed in Istanbul on time, as the departure and landing were on schedule. The timetable was therefore adhered to. The noise level was appropriate, as it was dampened by suitable aircraft. This contributed to a relaxed experience. The air conditioning was also optimal, as there were no temperature fluctuations. However, the hygiene left a lot to be desired, as the WCs, composting toilets and seats were not well maintained and hygienic. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant odour in the toilet, which was irresistible. In addition, the seats were not comfortable and did not offer enough legroom. There were also stains from leftover food and dirt on the seats. This was very disappointing! The staff were rather unfriendly and ignorant. I told them about my concerns several times, but the staff did not respond. I felt like I was in bad hands. Overall, the trip was fine. However, there is room for improvement, especially in the areas of hygiene and service.

My journey from Tehran to Istanbul was breathtaking. I enjoyed a fascinating view during the flight. The staff on board were extremely friendly, helpful and respectful to their guests. The wifi on board was stable and efficient. I also landed in Istanbul on time. However, I found the price a little expensive. Personally, I am very happy with the flight!

First of all, the check-in process in Tehran was quick and uncomplicated. The staff at the counter were friendly but not overly helpful. The airport in Tehran was not overly crowded, which made the waiting and security checks a little more relaxed. The crew on board were friendly, but not particularly attentive. The seats were acceptable for a short-haul flight but, as with many budget airlines, relatively cramped. For the period of about 3 hours it was acceptable, but on longer flights it could become uncomfortable. The cabin was clean, but the furnishings were not particularly modern. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there were no individual screens - not really surprising on a flight of this length, but a little more entertainment still wouldn't have hurt. The food was simple, but okay. A small range of snacks was sold and the prices were reasonable. The flight landed on time in Istanbul.

My journey from Tehran to Istanbul was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were always on hand to help and advise passengers. I also landed in Istanbul on time according to plan, which I really appreciated. The wifi connection was stable and efficient, allowing me to surf the internet around the clock. The volume was pleasant, quiet and relaxed. However, I found the price to be expensive. All in all, a great trip!

Flight W50112 from Imam Khomeini Airport took off and landed on time. The staff were so warm and helpful. I had a delicious breakfast. The lavatory was very clean and fully equipped.
