Headquartered in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, the airline operated domestic flights to numerous destinations across Brazil, utilizing a fleet primarily consisting of ATR 72-500s and ATR 72-600s. Passaredo was recognized for its regional focus and, in 2014, was considered one of Brazil's safest airlines. The company also offered aviation services like aircraft maintenance and pilot training. In 2019, Passaredo acquired MAP Linhas Aéreas and officially became VOEPASS Linhas Aéreas. However, its operations were suspended in March 2025, and its air operator certificate was permanently revoked in June 2025.
