Reaching the airport from Downtown Phoenix is easy with a choice of Valley Metro bus or Valley Metro train services, the latter of which run throughout the night. Public transport options take around 15 minutes to reach Washington 44th Street and from here passengers need to board the free airport shuttle to reach their terminal. At just 5 km away, its also fairly low cost to catch a taxi as the short journey takes only 10 minutes by car.
