Paris PAR to Zagreb ZAG flight with Ryanair

The journey from Paris to Zagreb was excellent. The price-performance ratio was impressive and extremely budget-friendly. That's why I opted for this low-cost ticket. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were interested in clarifying the concerns and problems of their passengers. I felt that I was in good hands. They also explained the safety rules on board. I landed on time in Zagreb because the timetable was adhered to and, above all, because the take-off and landing took place according to plan. The air conditioning was optimal. There were therefore no temperature fluctuations and the temperatures were pleasant. However, the hygiene conditions were inadequate. The toilets, composting toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. This gave me a feeling of insecurity and dissatisfaction. It was very disappointing as hygiene plays an important role in our lives, especially in this day and age, and directly affects our health. Also, disappointingly, the seats were not comfortable and cosy. For this reason, I couldn't really relax. The noise level was also not appropriate as the guests on board were very loud. Despite these inconveniences, the journey was great for me!

So on this flight there were a few things that could be done better, for example the price performance was not so good. Then the wifi wasn't working. The prices of the drinks were also not good, but the flight had something that I found interesting, which was a suitcase holder that was very efficient. The toilets were also very clean, so I would give this whole flight two out of five stars

My journey from Paris to Zagreb was very relaxing and restful. It was a pleasure to fly with Lufthansa. The reservation was easy and flawless online. The volume on board was appropriate, so I was able to relax. The seats were also comfortable and cosy and offered enough space for my legs and for stowing luggage. The wifi connection was stable and fast. However, the equipment could be improved, as there were no power sockets, for example. Overall, I am still very happy with the ticket!

I think the fact that the flight was delayed by 12 minutes wouldn't stop me from a 5 star review. On the plane, a flight attendant showed me to my seat. He spoke very politely and was courteous. After just under 10 minutes in the air, the galley was opened. As it was already late, I only ate a small fish fillet, which was very tasty and, above all, reasonably priced. It was very hygienic.

The trip was very well organised, we were allowed to check in very quickly and it went smoothly, and children were given small souvenirs after the flight as a gift from the airline, which was also very good. However, there was a lot to criticise about the hygiene in the aircraft, which was very poor, and the smell in the aircraft was also quite strong, plus the toilet area was very unkempt and also smelled very strongly.
